Hi, I’m Nura — the founder of Mom Crew. This little dream began to bloom the moment motherhood became part of my story.
Becoming a mother changed everything I thought I knew about love, patience, and strength. It grounded me in ways I never expected, yet it also awakened a longing — a desire to hold onto the woman I was before motherhood while embracing the one I was becoming.
I realized that every mom deserves to feel seen, not only for what she gives, but for who she is. I wanted to create something that reminded us of that, something simple, wearable, and real: a symbol of pride, community, and connection.
That quiet idea grew into Mom Crew — a brand built from heart, created to celebrate the beauty and imperfection of motherhood in all its forms.
BORN FROM A LONGING
I celebrated my pregnancy with joy, pride, and awe, and wanted to mark this moment in a way that felt me. I searched for a cap - something simple, elegant, meaningful, but found flashy designs that whispered everything but authenticity.
So I crafted my own. The first Rancher cap was born from love, self-expression, and honest longing. When I saw it in my hands, I felt that soft tug: this is more than a hat. It’s a voice. It’s a story. It’s a shared pulse between mothers who feel seen even when they feel unseen.
My husband, Andrei, looked at me and said, “You should share this.” If I struggled to find something that felt right, others probably did too. That simple encouragement opened a door to creating something bigger than myself.
And that’s how Mom Crew was born.
